Reiki Share

These sessions are perfect if you need a little Reiki for yourself or just want to be part of a healing group. Don’t worry if you are a bit rusty as I will lead you through. It’s a really nourishing couple of hours.

  • A Reiki Share is a regular 1 ½ hour session where Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 practitioners come together to practice Reiki, share experiences, and receive Reiki in a safe and supportive environment.

  • The sessions are open to Reiki First or Second Degree practitioners. If you haven't trained with me, you will need to provide proof of certification.

  • During the session, participants:

    • Share experiences and ask questions about Reiki practice.

    • Practice Reiki on each other in groups.

    • Send combined healing intentions during an opening blessing to people or places in need of Reiki.

  • No need to worry! I will guide you through the session, helping you feel comfortable and confident even if you're a bit rusty or have never attended a Reiki Share before.

  • The Reiki Share provides a chance to ask questions, compare experiences, and even see techniques demonstrated in real time by fellow practitioners.

  • Yes, participants can suggest individuals or situations to include in the opening blessing, where the group sends healing intentions together. But remember Reiki should only be sent to individuals with their permission.

  • Attendance is limited to 6 people ensure a safe and intimate environment. Booking in advance is recommended.

  • The Reiki Share is a perfect opportunity to:

    • Refresh your Reiki practice.

    • Receive healing from the group.

    • Learn from and connect with other practitioners.

    • Enjoy a nourishing and supportive experience.

  • Just bring yourself, your Reiki certification if you haven’t trained with me, and an open mind ready to share, practice, and learn.
