Bookings

By booking a service, workshop, training course, event, or other offering through Chi-quilibrium, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Payments

Payment may be made via:

  • Stripe

  • Apple Pay

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash (where agreed)

  • PayPal (where offered)

Payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled without additional charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

  • Late arrival may result in a shortened session without refund or credit.

  • If Chi-quilibrium needs to cancel an appointment, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

For appointments where only a deposit is paid at the time of booking:

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed.

Workshops, Training Courses and Events

Workshop and training places are limited and are reserved upon receipt of payment or deposit.

Where specific cancellation arrangements apply to a particular event, these will be stated at the time of booking and will take precedence over these general terms.

Health & Wellbeing Services

Reiki, meditation, energy work, tarot readings, spiritual guidance and related services are offered as complementary wellbeing services.

Clients remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions and should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where necessary.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information and notifying Chi-quilibrium of any relevant changes that may affect the delivery of services.

Intellectual Property

All written content, course materials, meditations, workshop materials, graphics and resources provided by Chi-quilibrium remain the intellectual property of Chi-quilibrium unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed or sold without written permission.

Changes

Chi-quilibrium reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
